Take this simple test and determine, for yourself, whether you need a Consultant with an expertise in Healthcare Supply Chain.

1. yes no O.R. Inventory is down this month; it's turning at least 3.5 times annually now.

2. yes no Our Value Analysis process works; we're saving lots of money for the Hospital.

3. yes no We've gotten rid of those annoying patient charge stickers long ago.

4. yes no The Storeroom has boxes & boxes on the floor, in the corner, everywhere.
