Decision-Making Grid

When comparing Product A versus Product B, regardless what those products are, the following decision-making grid has been extremely helpful to us. MMC takes no credit for developing it, but we have used it on many instances when "kicking off" a new Committee, a restructured Committee or when a particular product has hit a logjam. It tends to "quiet down" over-emotional Medical Staff members and other staff who just have to have a specific branded product when another will do, or will save more money. Use it, we have. It works.
